I'm underway and there's an issue with my vehicle / the rental company

First, contact the rental company by phone. Ask them to resolve the problem. If it cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, email us details, your current location and what the problem is. We will contact you (via email) and the rental company. We are usually able to sort issues out fast and to the customer's complete satisfaction.
